2. Making a contract with us

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail through PayPal to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the PayPal shopping cart and proceeding through the checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery, billing and any other relevant details for your order, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order, which you are able to print as a receipt of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. All prices listed on www.AlphaPill.com are in New Zealand dollars. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason.

5. Website and Credit Card Security

We want you to have a safe and secure shopping experience online. All payments via our sites are processed securely using the PayPal payment service so we do not store your credit card details on our servers.

6. Delivery and Delivery Charges

We endeavour to supply goods in a cost-effective way. All deliveries are door to door and subject to freight charges. All goods sent overseas require a street number and contact phone number as they deliver door to door.
Deliveries within New Zealand are by NZ Post. Our preferred freight carrier is NZ-Post International AirFreight for all international deliveries. NZ Postal Services can make deliveries to Australia, although some delays may occur. Please allow 4-7 days working days for delivery. International delivery 7-14 working days. If for some reason after placing an order you decide to return them, you are responsible for the cost of freight to return the goods. All local tax and custom fees are payable by yourselves and will not be considered reasons for return of goods and refund.

7. Delivery Period

We endeavour to ensure that orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed. You can usually expect the product to arrive within three weeks of the order being processed. (Australian orders may only take 1-2 weeks)

8. Returns

A refund will only be given for the goods once we receive the goods and have assessed them and deem them to be able to be resold. We advise that any package that may be sent back should be sent with track and trace, for if a package is lost NO refund will be given.

Other than connecting to AlphaPill.com website by HTTP requests using a web browser, you may not gain access to AlphaPill.com website servers.
